Death toll in Vinnitsa rises to 21, 46 people missing

The death toll from the rocket attack on Vinnytsia has risen to 21. Among them are three children. This is reported by the State Emergency Service. At least 52 more people were injured, including three minors. In total, 115 victims turned to medical institutions. 46 people are considered missing. 55 buildings and 40 cars were damaged.
