Russian missile hits six-storey apartment building in Kharkiv

A Russian missile has hit a six-storey apartment building in central Kharkiv. Source: State Emergency Service in Kharkiv Oblast on Facebook; Suspilne Details: The building has been partially destroyed. As of 04:30, rescuers were able to rescue one elderly woman. They are continuing to clear away the rubble. Three explosions were heard in Kharkiv the early morning of 11 July, the first one at around 03:32.
