It is the largest manufacturer of tanks in the Russian Federation, in particular, T-72 tanks. ISW emphasizes that spending is planned to increase by about $10 billion. At the same time, the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine reports that since the beginning of August, the Russian state corporation Rostec has introduced a ban on vacations for all management staff and most of the working staff. "Rostec" includes more than 800 enterprises of various industries. Rostec accounts for up to 40% of the total state defense order.
