Lukashenka Will Be Removed By Hungry Officials

Lukashenka Will Be Removed By Hungry Officials24Artsiom Chernikau 30.07.2022, 13:33 20,172 Very soon, the dictator will receive some “cordial greetings” from his associates.Sanctions against the Belarusian regime make themselves felt much more strongly than the Lukashists thought. They already have nothing to pay salaries with, and people leave their jobs en masse. The medical sector is particularly hard hit. Entire departments are already being closed in Minsk, and the remaining doctors are being assigned the duties of colleagues who have gone abroad. Of course, the rate in this case rises, but the work of doctors, incommensurable with human abilities, forces those who remain to quit their jobs. After all, doctors understand better than others that their health is too valuable to simply waste it away in the hellish working conditions. As for the manufacturing sector, the situation looks a little more interesting. A number of enterprises have created special commissions that carry out preventive work with personnel. It looks like this: once a week they gather personnel who are suspected of disloyalty to the regime for personal conversations, they bring them to an office where 12 people arrange a real interrogation, starting from the events of 2020, ending with their attitude towards the war against Ukraine. Thus, enterprises compile lists of objectionable people who can simply be fired, and not laid off. This is natural, since in case of layoff they are obliged to pay an amount equal to at least three monthly salaries. In such attempts to save on everything, the regime digs a hole for itself much faster. After all, pension payments and monthly taxes that went to the state treasury depend on the number of employees. A situation where they can’t keep the staff, but can’t afford losing them either. A real trap where any of their steps is doomed to failure. The next problem is a huge amount of equipment that, without proper maintenance and with a long downtime, will begin to rot. For example, Belaruskali had excellent Polish partners in the supply of electrical equipment and automation. GrodnoAzot and Naftan appreciated the German quality of pumps and automation. But without timely scheduled repairs, with the replacement of exclusive parts that are made only by equipment manufacturers, over time it will become an exhibit of the museum of former production glory. Practically at every Belarusian enterprise, any equipment is either Western or outdated Soviet. The only personnel in Belarus that are not being reduced or fired are civil servants. However, their salary directly depends on the activity of the production sector, since it was it that brought huge incomes to the treasury. Officials have already suffered greatly from Western sanctions. It became harder for them to get kickbacks. Indeed, when purchasing equipment in the West, which costs millions of euros, some managed to build a summer house and upgrade a car. Therefore, automation was installed in production, even on decommissioned equipment, while increasing the expense item.Very soon, Lukashenka will receive some “cordial greetings” from his close associates. The bootlickers, who are used to living in a big way, as a rule, become very angry when a meat tenderloin is exchanged for a bone set. At these moments, they become especially aggressive towards the owner, who squandered everything on personal ambitions.Artsiom Chernikau, exclusively for the Basta! Telegram channel
