With the beginning of the fishery in the Astrakhan region there has been restarted the work of the “Putina-2008” fishery headquarters.

The leaders of fishery enterprises and enforcement agencies held recently a meeting to discuss the new approaches to invigorate the measures against poachers. One of the method to combat the illegal market of the caviar there became the destruction of Sturgeon confiscates entered into practice since the summer of last year. The restrictions will be in force for amateurs fishermen either: in the psawning place there will be restricted the passage of motor boats with engines higher 30 HP.
