TMK IPSCO Kentucky plant ratifies new labor agreement

TMK IPSCO was notified yesterday by the United Steelworkers and its Local 1870 that union members at the company's Wilder, Ky., plant have ratified the tentative labor agreement reached last week. The new contract replaces one that expired April 15,
