The prosecutor's office has examined legitimacy of gas supply limits Kyivhaz provided to Kyiv's vital infrastructures, and has found out that during the 2008-2009 heating period Kyivhaz had reduced gas supplies to all heat energy users including Kyiv's vital infrastructures.

Kyivenerho started resuming hot water supplies at 8:00 a.m. December 14 soon after the Haz Ukrainy company rose gas pressure at Kyiv heat stations No. 5 and 6, the press service said.

This was Oleh Dubyna, Naftohaz Ukrainy board chairman who took this decision, the report said.

Yuschenko is getting the situation with hot water supplies in Kyiv under personal control, the report said.
