Additional District and Sessions Judge Navneet Singh also slapped a fine of Rs 10,000 on Kapil who criminally assaulted her neighbour in October 2006. The court also sentenced Kapil's father Kanshi Ram to six-month imprisonment for threatening the girl's dad.
